Hello,

Just an Addenum to your article.
What you call an "Air Filter", is in fact a bag full off a silicate-gel (desiccant) : adsorbs moisture from the air.

Bye!

Default Much appreciated, but we shuld have seen more.

With the prohibitive costs being charged by companies for repair, it would have been nice to see a mock tear down and rebuild, wiith sources for parts as someone like myself has access to a clean roon, and can easily perform these simple tasks. It really is not too complicated if your willing to take your time.
But, I am really impresssed for this article, none the less. It is appreicated! It just would have been cool to see it followed through to the finish.
Thanks Chief,
WD
