Ok I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.
I put a brand new music CD in my CD-RW drive (an Artec WRR-52Z) in order to play it, but when it tried to get to playing speed, the CD started to rattle furiously in the drive, so I decided to take it out again. However, when I took it out, I noticed that the CD had been badly scuffed and scratched around the outside, and as such parts of the CD will not play.
Has anybody else had this problem or a similar one, and would you have any suggestions as to how I can avoid this in future?
Thanks
