Hey, im building a new system and was just wondering if the build I have come up with is a decent one.
My budget is around £900 and I am hoping to end up with a solid gaming build. In terms of performance idealy I would like to be able to play crysis on fairly high settings, but I realise £900 is not a huge budget.
Please note I will be using the parts as they come and I have no desire to overclock, I also intend to stay with one card, so the restrictions of not have SLI or overclocking on the mobo is not one that concerns me.
Heres the build:

Ahm.. it's almost perfect, the only things you can change is the motherboard, try one with the P43 chipset, costs almost the same but have PCI-Express 2.0, it can make a difference for the GTX 260.
And the HD you can buy two 500 GB drives and use them in RAID system, but that's not critical, just a suggestion. :)
Very nice monster, I mean, PC :D

Ive had a few other suggestions and come up with a 2nd draft for the system, quite a few changes and actually a fair bit cheaper - any thoughts?

That's very good too, but I preffer a mobo like these:

PCI-E 2.0, you'll use a very powerfull VGA, the PCI-E 1.1 can limit the card performance.

I like your first configuration. Seems nice.
Cheers,
