I have one problem with my Sony Vaio notebook. I put some CD in my cd/dwd reader and now it's not working properly. I cannot read CD-s and I can read DVD-s. I tried to reinstall Windows and it's the same.
Please tell me that it is not hardware problem.

You might want to check if the disc you installed has the issue with the Sony root-kit. Do a search through Google and you will be able to find a removal tool.

If that is not the problem I have no other suggestions for you. Sorry.
