Your Problem is that the cpu you are using is too weak its an ordinary pentium 4 3.4 ghz. If the card bottleneck even with a FX57 how do you thing it will bottleneck with a 3.4ghz pentium 4. My suggestion is read some other reviews from firingsquad or guru3d and you will find other results.
