Default can i run a radeon hd4850 on this psu?

hi i hav a similar psu from coolermaster

can run a radeon hd4850 or a 9800gtx+ on this psu?
if not then will a 9800gt or 8800gt fit under its tested 430w power?

For these VGAs a better PSU is recommended, with at least 28-30 A on the 12v rails.
