With the response to the Antec Skeleton Case Review in mind, I think it's best to note that these RAM coolers are of interest only for extreme overclocking. (Possibly also for computers stationed inside a sauna or equivalent hot environment.)

For all other (regular) applications TEC is overkill.

I agree, but even the extremely overclocked memories need watercooling or big heatpipe heatsinks ?

Or looking by the other side, why overclock so much the memories if the performance gains are tiny ?

Considering that TEC typically adds two to three times the heat transferred, that's what really requires watercooling.

This high tech RAM cooler should go well with liquid nitrogen CPU cooling...
