'Specs' are not the only consideration in quality of a device.
The quality of the component parts is a huge factor.

A POS (Piece of Sh*t) Fuhjyyu capacitor can have exactly the same specs as a top of the line Rubycon. - Two devices could be built to exactly the same schematic with exactly the same 'specs' where one uses Fuhjyyu and the other Rubycon. There will be a HUGE difference in the quality of the completed device.

The same idea applies to IC chips.
Identical advertised specs does not make them identical quality.

The results from this review were updated today to reflect AC power and efficiency measured by our new precision power meter. The updated results did not affect our conclusions about this power supply (quite the contrary, as efficiency dropped even more).
