Nice review. Looks like an older SuperFlower product from their actual SuperFlower branch not Forepoint, or Jing Hua Co, but you are right they NEVER update their website it seems and Google doesn't like it much either

The brown caps in the secondary labeled PCE-___ are manufactured by CEC.
The characters after the dash are the model/series ID.

CEC International Holdings Limited (Hong Kong)
I assume the actual manufacturing takes place in China.

The marking on the caps is actually an artistic JPCE

I don't know why their name is CEC and they use JPCE.
Maybe they want people to think Japan? ???

This is one area where Hardware Secrets is light years ahead of the others.
You update old articles when new and pertinent info becomes available.
That is a HUGE help to people that read your reviews later on.
That might seem like a small thing but it's a BIG BIG DEAL.

There is so much old out of date information floating on the web it's ridiculous.
