Laptop battery charging issue

hi

i bought HP HDX X16-1155CA Premium Notebook PC 2 months before. i bought it new. it is having a problem of charging. i am explaining the problem here

the problem is when i plug in the AC adapter for charging and then roll over my mouse arrow on the icon of battery in the system tray, it displays "Plugged in, Charging." but the level of the battery which is displayed in percentage does not increase and the light that shows battery is plugged in and charging also lights brightly. after some time round about 15-20 minutes the percentage start to increase but when it reaches up to some point it stops again for some time and the start to increase.

i also calibrate my laptop but that did not solve my problem.

anybody who can solve my problem

What makes you think there's something wrong?

If the displayed charge updates once every fifteen minutes that seems only reasonable, provided that the difference between each update is ~10%.

Issue:
Why do you think something is wrong?
Has it been acting in another way before, or has it been like it is now all the time since you bought it?

Comment:
To me it seems fine to have what you see on screen not showing the actual "live" status, but updated every now and then. What you see might be a sample of the battery status as it was at some instant within the last 15 minutes.
