I'm sorry, but this so-called article is just a joke.
Considering Gabriel Torres is supposed to be so well respected, he should do some research, this was the most uneducated "first look" at phase change I've ever seen.

"The very cold air produced by the equipment is blown to a copper block that is attached on top of the CPU"
