Default Universal method

Rafael,

If a straight-edge is used that spans the surface, sufficient will be deposited for the purpose, especially if it is applied to both CPU and cooler. If both are convex, I am not sure that any method will work and the problem will not be detected unless the cooler is removed for observation, which most people do not do...myself included. I have not done enough to consider that I have exhaustive information, but enough to think that such a situation would be rare. Slopping on sufficient excess to deal with such rarities would cause more trouble than it would solve.
