Default I love this headset

I bought one in the spring of 2009 and it has served me well. I use it weekly and it still holds a charge for over 2 hours.

However the sound is going out in the left ear now, I may have a lemon or the wires may be weak. I'll have to call in the warranty.

Same problem with the left ear going in and out. A friend with the same headset is also having that problem. Seems to be a flaw in the product.

Otherwise, a great headset for VOIP.
