Thanks for the heads up. I don't know yet what I should think about the new style of video cables, needing to have authorized pieces on both ends and all.

I was especially excited to hear about a board build for AMD with an ATI chipset, but it appears this isn't the one for me. I look forward to seeing more motherboards with this merging in the future, hopefully supporting DirectX 10.
