Nice lookin Mobo with a lot of fetures for the price but lacking in the one most important one:: NO UEFI bios and erm and Im pretty sure 6int+2int+2ext=10 total not 8 SATA-600 ports

the other thing I don't understand is why have 5 PCIex16 slots if your only going to support tri sli or tri CF
better to have 3 x16 PCIe slots that run at x16 and do away with the 2 x4 slots and the lone PCI

Default 890FX motherboard support for AM3+

"So, even though the chipset is the same, 890FX motherboards won’t support this new generation of AMD processors."
I disagree. I believe that 890FX will support AM3+ chips. My Ausus 890FX board says it will. Very minor differences between chipnsets.

Socket AM3+ CPUs have different power requirements and most socket AM3 motherboards won't support socket AM3+ CPUs. Plus, high-end socket AM3+ models are suppose to run at higher HT speeds, which are not provided by 890FX.

Thanks,
Gabriel.

In the article we say eight SATA-600 and two eSATA-600 ports, so there is no error in the article.

Thanks,
Gabriel.
