Strange choice/use of fan.
Running it on very low speed for the idle test is fine.
Using the very high and noisy top speed for the load test isn't representative for anything but overclockers that don't care about noise. With the fan running at 1,500 rpm the result would be much more representative of typical use.

yes im agree with the guy above me.. 1500 rpm is good advise..
or Gabriel could make it 1500rpm as a standard test for any CPU Cooler review
so we can have reference to them..
