We just updated the review, including the results with standard settings and with the Turbo option enabled, overclocking the CPU by 33%.

So, I registered on this board just to say that... not ALL boards have overclock function !!!!

I just bought HDC-I v1.0 yesterday, in fact only because I read it had overclock option, but what a cold shower - it does not have. At least not where it should be, under Frequency/Voltage control in BIOS.

There is NO Turbo Mode on my board!!!

I've got the BIOS version 2.10.1208 as shown in the picture:
(03/24/2011)

Also another pic that is proof for what I say - there is no turbo mode.

I bought this board because of lots of reviews, all of them told me there is a Turbo Mode, but my board doesn't have it. It seems ECS intentionally shipped "good" boards to reviewers and bad one to the shops.

"Turbo Mode Good Lucky" must have had some deeper explanation....

Just to warn anyone who is consider this board as an option...

I belive you shouldn't. That Turbo mode was undocumented feature since the start, and the ECS will probably not answer to your question. Try it, but anyway, you should type in the article, that "it is possible to get a board without Turbo function"... I know there is probably nothing I can do, was unlucky and that is it... :-)

Foster, I like running my board at settings it is rock stable, i'd like to get response officialy, and will not try with some BIOS-es not written for my board... they must have been applying different BIOS to different boards, one which can work with turbo mode, and the others which can not, due to lower thermal characteristics or something

when ECS made a new bios then we'll see!
I think that we just bought the same board, but with old BIOS version... Boards can not be sold under the name ECS HDC-I (v1.0), the other version at least, must be labeled 2.0 or 1.1!
