Default is this PSU enough for me?

My system:
Motherboard: Asrock 970 Extreme 3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4Ghz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (4x4GB)
Video: Sapphire Radeon 6870 1GB GDDR5
HDD: Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM
Case: Cooler Master Elite 311

Some one recommend me
