Default Death of the molex...?

I have just completed my LGA1150 built and I must confess that I have been out of touch with PC hardware for quite some time and this is my first DIY built. Big thanks to HWS for the wealth of information on your site. HWS was my constant references that influence my final hardware selection.

Having said that, my new built does not use any molex connections at all. Will newer PSUs continue to feature molex connectors for legacy hardware?

Default

Yes. Also, some lights (LEDs/CCFL), fans, and fan controllers still use these connectors.
