"...This power supply is manufactured by CWT..." - is it so? Then why the number of the UL-certificate indicates that GLACIALTECH INC. is the manufacturer?

As with most electrical equipment the company that actually put the things together isn't the same as the one on the label that take all legal responsibilities.
In this case Glacialtech is the "legal" manufacturer, while CWT is the "practical" manufacturer.

Ever noticed that most consumer products are "made in China"? Those Chinese factories do not belong to the company labelled on the product!
