The Bluetooth controller with antenna is positioned next to the SATA ports, which is on the opposite side of the Motherboard rear panel that accesses the outside of the computer case. So the antenna stays inside the case probably in an empty hard drive bay??? Any mention of where to position the antenna in the documentation???

The end of the Bluetooth antenna has a sticky, so ideally, you'll want to run the antenna up to the front of your chassis, and stick it anywhere there's plastic. That will help minimize a Faraday Cage effect with the radio due to the metal chassis.
