i just wanna ask about the psu with this case?

PSU 150w, is this enough to feed a pc system, at-least dual-core unit?

150W is definitely sufficient for an ITX system with integrated graphics.

How probable is it that the low efficiency depends on the tight space available (limiting the options for circuitry design and components used)?

Yes, mini ITX systems are low-power units. Especially if you decide to get a mini ITX motherboard with an Atom CPU...
