Question Possible faulty power supply?

All the sudden my vcore is now at 1.368v all the time and the temperatures are now at around 47c-50c. When the vcore was at 1.008(idle) my cpu temperatures were 32c idle. I haven't done any overclocking. It all happen when I got the video card and I wanted to do some dual graphics I forgot to plug my wireless usb adapter and ever sense I have a hard time connecting to the internet. I haven't experience any BSOD or crashes when I play a game and the temperatures don't go beyond 56c. I will test the power supply with a multimeter later on the week.

CPU- AMD A8-3870
Motherboard-MSI A75A-G55
RAM-8GB Corsair vengeance 1600MHz
HDD- 1TB WD caviar blue
Video card- XFX 6670DDR5
PS-Corsair GS600
OS- Windows 7 64
