Default Cougar CMX V2 700W blew -- need value of resistor

I have a Cougar CMX700W psu. One day, it stopped functioning and won't turn ON. Since, it was already out of warranty, I decided to open it and check it myself. I found a blown chip resistor R79 next to the large capacitor. I think this goes directly to the pin4 of 5VSB IC TNY279. May I know the value of this chip resistor. I can't see the value of R79 shown on Figure8 as the image becomes blurred when I tried to zoom it. And any idea, why did the resistor blew? Thanks.

I don't have this power supply anymore, so I can't help you there.

However, you may need to test other components as well. Resistors don't blow by themselves. Usually it means a transistor is burned as well.
