I would love to know how these cards compare as PhysX processors, in particular to the GT240; assuming primary video will be a GTX560Ti.

Hello guys,

Thanks for the suggestions. We will try to make reviews covering these scenarios!

Since no one mentioned it, a very good and informative review. Well done, thank you.

This is sort of a great mythbusters review on the myth of more vram = better performance (at least on mid/low resolutions). I assume if you happened to run an application that required a lot of vram or ran the card on a high-resolution screen, the 1gb might show some difference, but obviously the card shouldn't be used/tested in those situations (just like you wouldn't test a hot rod's ability to serve as a commuter car).

Yes, I am glad that you guys read between the lines and understood that we were talking about entry-level video cards at low resolutions and no image quality enhancements enabled. I don't know if these cards were high-end units if the results would be the same.

Cheers,
Gabriel.

Very nice Gabriel !

You killed two myths with one shot.
I hope to see more reviews like that in faster cards.

Default GPU manufacturing process

I was hoping to also find out what GPU manufacturing process Nvidia uses on the GT440.

40nm?
