Default

With so much wrong with this wi-fi Kindle, I see no possible way that it could receive any award at all. Then again, if everything wrong with it were fixed, it would be a very nice tablet pc that operated in the Amazon Kindle domain.
You get what you pay for and it isn't worth it.

Default Kindle with Special Offers award

This Kindle does one thing very well. It lets you read digital books It is an excellent ebook reader that makes it easy to to obtain books, easy to use, and easy to on the eyes. it is also the most affordably-prices ebook reader with these features. That is why we gave it a Siolver Award.

We always point out the weak points of a product as we find them. This allows others to know about the pitfalls. However, sometimes the weak points are not major ones for most people. So although they make the "weak points" list, it doesn't mean that they necessarily affect the majority of users.

For instance, we thought this Kindle needed better handling of PDFs, but most Kindle owners read only books, magazines, and newspapers, not PDFs. Also, this Kindle is a poor web browser, but most people don't buy it for that purpose.

Hope this gives you a little more insight into this review.
