Angry Quality? ~ No Customer Support

Iíd like to thank you for the article on the ASRock Motherboard. I understand once in a while you will get a bad component and as you stated ASRock is working hard on there quality.
Iíve returned a Motherboard back to ASRock and received another one back with the same problem. Of course ASRock denied there was any problems. After 2 months of nothing. I'm glad to say the problem has been fix with a new motherboard from Gigabyte and Iím out the cost of a ASRock motherboard.
And not it not due over clocking, Iím running a locked processor.

numerous people have complained about things like that with ASRock and ASUS. I only ever use gigabyte in my PCs
