Default Advice for a new build!

Hi,

First, thanks in advance for all your device, I am quite new int this domain.

Here is my first build, what do you think?

I want a good computer that I can easily upgrade in the future. I love to play game but I am not a BIG gamer. With this computer, I want to have the possibility to upgrade it easily in the future.

Motherboard ASUS P8Z77-V Lk ATX LGA1155 Z77 DDR3 3PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 3PCI SATA3 SLI DVI HDMI DP USB3.0 Motherboard 119,99
Processor Intel Core i5 3570 Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.4GHZ Ivy Bridge 6MB Retail 189.99
RAM Kingston KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX 8GB Kit 2X4GB 1600MHz DDR3 240PIN DIMM Unbuff Hmp HyperX CL9 34,99
PSU Seasonic M12II 620W EPS12V 20/24PIN ATX PFC 80+ Bronze Modular 6PIN PCI-E 120MM Fan Power Supply PSU 99,99
Video cardASUS GeForce GTX 660 OC DirectCU 1020MHZ 2GB 6.0GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Video Card 219.99
SSD Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5in SATA3 MDX Solid State Disk Flash Drive SSD 99,99
HD Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA3 64MB Cache 3.5IN Internal Hard Drive 97,99
Optical driveASUS DRW-24B1ST 24X SATA DVD Writer OEM Black 24,98
Case Zalman Z9 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case Black 3X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PS w/ Fan Controller & Temp Display 39,99

Should I switch my processor to a unlocked processor and add a cpu fan? Should I had a cpu fan cooler with an unlocked processor? Are all the component good together?

Its around 930$ before tax and shipping on ncix.ca and my budget is 1000$.
When I will have the perfect build for me, I will look around for better price.

One last thing, I intend to use linux with this computer

Thank you very much

[edit]

I think I should get this right?

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink AM2 AM3 LGA1366 LGA1155 LGA1156 120mm 29,61

Those components will all work fine together. I'd highly recommend going with an aftermarket CPU cooler, regardless of whether you overclock, as the Intel stock coolers are really bad. The Hyper 212 is a great option.

As for the unlocked CPU, I'd say go for it. They're not that much more expensive, and it might be useful to have the option of overclocking it in the future.
