I'd change the cooler and PSU. Those thermaltakes are even worse than the stock coolers. Use a coolermaster Hyper 212 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103099)
700W is also way overkill for tha build 500W would do fineI'd go with a Seasonic S12II 520 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817151094), or a G-550 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817151119)

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the coils backwards!
