Default New to overcloking

Hey,

Im new to overcloaking, aside from minor AMD control center OCing. So what are the things that I have to watch out for? Does it depend on what mobo you have? I have a cheep one so thats why im cautious. Max CPU/GPU temp?

MOBO: N68C-GS FX
GPU: HD 7850 2GB
CPU: FX-6300

Default Don't Do It!

Well, you can try, but be aware that your motherboard is very low-end with minimal CPU power phases, and it's chipset is ancient and slow, so don't expect much, and watch all temps carefully (I think 71c is the limit for your CPU). Too much heat/voltage will cook your CPU & motherboard.
