Default Is this PSU a good design?

It's a recommended (reference?) design by ON Semiconductor and I'm curious if it's at all very good for a PFC-enabled design. I've enclosed the .PDF for viewing. If it's not very good, what does anyone think would improve it? Just wondering.

Default

It doesn't look too bad. At least it's a modern forward converter, not a Half-Bridge. I'd probably use some better heat sinks than the ones on page 24, though. I'm not a huge fan of those fin-less heat sinks (other than on 80plus Gold and Platinum designs)
