And one more thought about KBL406: Its rated 4A at 600V. In this PSU it's well enough for 230V operating, they will easily whitstand the destruction of the primary switches unless they aren't "overprinted" fakes.

And my third reply.

The thermistor contacting the secondary heatsink is about to control the fans, for overheat protection, is may or mostly may not used.
